Four-season accommodation, the ‘Hobbit’ house takes you straight into the world of the Lord of the rings.

With its green roof , the straw bale insulation and natural lime plaster, the ‘Hobbit’ house is a very eco-friendly accommodation , warm, comfortable and bright.

You can even find a bathroom with rustic shower and compost toilet inside the Hobbit house!

RESERVATION POLICY – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

General informations

     1.  Full payment will be made automatically when booking the accommodation.
     2.  It is your responsibility to bring the necessary equipment for your stay. A list of things to bring will be included with the booking confirmation but you can already check it here
     3.  It is your responsibility to travel lightly making backpacks your first choice to carry your belongings. Each accommodation is located at a certain distance from the parking lot and we do not offer a luggage transport service. Trolleys or sledges will be loaned to you but they can be heavy and difficult to pull if you load them too much.
     4.  Out of respect for us and for the others guests we ask you not to smoke insise accomodations and also to do and put away your dishes, and to leave the accommodation as clean as you found it on arrival. A fine of $50 could be charged otherwise.
     5.  As a concern of eco-responsibility, we ask you to take back your waste and sort them in the different bins that will be available at the reception. We therefore recommend that you bring as little packaging as possible to facilitate the management of your waste. You can check here how to sort your waste.
     6. If you arrive at night, plan a frontal or torch because the trails are not lit.

 

Changes and cancellations of reservations

You can change your reservation without any fees up to 14 days before the reservation date (arrival date). If you cancel your reservation within the same period, we will refund the full amount less credit card fees (5%).

For any changes or cancellations made less than 14 days prior to your arrival, 100% of the booking amount is non-refundable. However, if we manage to rebook the accommodation you have reserved, we will refund the full amount less credit card fees (5%).

  • There is 600m walking (about 10 min if you are not too much loaded) between the parking and the Hobbit House.
  • Check-in : 15pm. Check-out : 11am

Possibility of an extra child
Well educated dogs and on a leash are welcomed (please do not let them climb on mattresses or sofas because hair is very difficult to clean, thank you)

$175/night (taxes not included) for 2 people or less

A wonderful haven of peace. We chose the Hobbit House. And everyone was delighted. Warm welcome. The house was bigger than expected and well-furnished. The surrounding was magical. We can't wait for our next stay.
