Four-season accomodation, located 15 feet above the ground, between firs, maple trees, birches, this treehouse overhanging the forest offers an incomparable view of its inhabitants. A first step in your children’s dreams: crossing the hanging bridge which allows you to enter the treehouse. Open the door and you will have a wonderful feeling. The fresh pine odour, the fireplace which invites to rest, the windows where you can see the top of the trees swinging in the wind…

In this environment, everything is harmonious and cozy. You will be able to prepare your meals in the small kitchen, except if you prefer letting them cook slowly on the fireplace. You will even find a bathroom with a rustic shower and compost toilet inside the treehouse! .

RESERVATION POLICY – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

General informations

     1.  Full payment will be made automatically when booking the accommodation.
     2.  It is your responsibility to bring the necessary equipment for your stay. A list of things to bring will be included with the booking confirmation but you can already check it here
     3.  It is your responsibility to travel lightly making backpacks your first choice to carry your belongings. Each accommodation is located at a certain distance from the parking lot and we do not offer a luggage transport service. Trolleys or sledges will be loaned to you but they can be heavy and difficult to pull if you load them too much.
     4.  Out of respect for us and for the others guests we ask you not to smoke insise accomodations and also to do and put away your dishes, and to leave the accommodation as clean as you found it on arrival. A fine of $50 could be charged otherwise.
     5.  As a concern of eco-responsibility, we ask you to take back your waste and sort them in the different bins that will be available at the reception. We therefore recommend that you bring as little packaging as possible to facilitate the management of your waste. You can check here how to sort your waste.
     6. If you arrive at night, plan a frontal or torch because the trails are not lit.

 

Changes and cancellations of reservations

You can change your reservation without any fees up to 14 days before the reservation date (arrival date). If you cancel your reservation within the same period, we will refund the full amount less credit card fees (5%).

For any changes or cancellations made less than 14 days prior to your arrival, 100% of the booking amount is non-refundable. However, if we manage to rebook the accommodation you have reserved, we will refund the full amount less credit card fees (5%).

Details – Capacity: 4 guests max

  • Firewood for heating only is provided between October 15th and May 15th (outside this period you can use the wood for outdoor firepit, price below)
  • Outdoor fire pit, $10 taxes included for a large bundle of wood
  • Solar panel lighting (no electricity)
  • Recommended access for children of 6 years old minimum
  • There is 300m walking (about 5 min if you are not too much loaded) between the parking and the Perched Treehouse.
  • Check-in : 15pm. Check-out : 11am

Well educated dogs and on a leash are welcomed (please do not let them climb on mattresses or sofas because hair is very difficult to clean, thank you)

Rates :

  • $175/night (taxes not included) for 2 people or less
  • $20/night per additonal person
  • free under 16 years old

We spent two nights in the Treehouse with our 2 boys and a friend. Very beautiful chalet, unusual stay, in a marvelous environnement. It was a wonderful experience, to do again... My boys dream of coming back to sleep in the Hobbit House, it's so beautiful !! Congrats Dior and Sylvain for all this work in your forest!
