Whether you are a fan of these brave men of the north, of medieval times or simply want to enjoy a unique and ultra-comfortable ready to camp, you will love our Viking house!

With its large central table in raw wood, its stone fireplace and its tree trunks which form the corners of the building, our Viking-inspired house is the ideal place to meet up with friends and come and clink glasses in our horn glasses, or to offer an immersive experience for your little vikings in the making… This is our largest accommodation, which can comfortably accommodate 6 people (3 double beds on the mezzanine), but which will also be a dream place for a romantic getaway with your lovers where you can prepare a nice dinner by the fire!

Like all our buildings, it is equipped with solar panel lighting, a kitchenette (2 propane rings, dishes and utensils are provided) and an indoor bathroom, with pressure shower and composting toilet. .

This building is the latest of our creations. All our know-how, our love are found inside. You will see that after more than 10 years of existence, the passion is still there!

RESERVATION POLICY – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

General informations

     1.  Full payment will be made automatically when booking the accommodation.
     2.  It is your responsibility to bring the necessary equipment for your stay. A list of things to bring will be included with the booking confirmation but you can already check it here
     3.  It is your responsibility to travel lightly making backpacks your first choice to carry your belongings. Each accommodation is located at a certain distance from the parking lot and we do not offer a luggage transport service. Trolleys or sledges will be loaned to you but they can be heavy and difficult to pull if you load them too much.
     4.  Out of respect for us and for the others guests we ask you not to smoke insise accomodations and also to do and put away your dishes, and to leave the accommodation as clean as you found it on arrival. A fine of $50 could be charged otherwise.
     5.  As a concern of eco-responsibility, we ask you to take back your waste and sort them in the different bins that will be available at the reception. We therefore recommend that you bring as little packaging as possible to facilitate the management of your waste. You can check here how to sort your waste.
     6. If you arrive at night, plan a frontal or torch because the trails are not lit.

 

Changes and cancellations of reservations

You can change your reservation without any fees up to 14 days before the reservation date (arrival date). If you cancel your reservation within the same period, we will refund the full amount less credit card fees (5%).

For any changes or cancellations made less than 14 days prior to your arrival, 100% of the booking amount is non-refundable. However, if we manage to rebook the accommodation you have reserved, we will refund the full amount less credit card fees (5%).

Details – capacity : 6 guests max.

  • Firewood for heating only is provided between October 15th and May 15th (outside this period you can use the wood for outdoor firepit, price below)
  • Outdoor fire pit, $10 taxes included for a large bundle of wood

  • There is 400m walking (about 5 min if you are not too much loaded) between the parking and the Viking House.
  • Check-in : 15pm. Check-out : 11am

Well educated dogs and on a leash are welcomed (please do not let them climb on mattresses or sofas because hair is very difficult to clean, thank you)

  • $200/night (taxes not included) for 2 people or less
  • $20/night per additonal person
  • free under 16 years old
