Measures to be observed - COVID-19

COVID-19 PREVENTION MEASURES

You are planning a stay at Les Toits du Monde. Our enchanting site is an ideal place to relax after weeks of confinement. We have five accommodations scattered over a 50-acre estate, and private access to Petit Lac Nominingue and a hiking trail overlooking it.

Despite everything, the Covid-19 virus remains a reality and our reopening must be done according to numerous directives imposed by the government in order to limit the spread of the virus as much as possible.

So we ask you all to participate in order to ensure everyone’s safety, and in the best possible conditions. We are aware that these measures are binding (for us too !!!). In the event that they do not suit you, or you cannot meet the conditions set out, you are free to cancel your reservation no later than two weeks before your arrival date, and you will receive a full refund from us. We also reserve the right to cancel your reservation at any time, that is to say even once there, if you contravene these measures. We must ensure that these measures are implemented and the government intends to deploy officers throughout the summer to monitor compliance with public health directives.

Here are the measures that we will ask you to respect following the directives of public health (note that they will be subject to modification according to the evolution of the pandemic):

  • you must go from your home to our site, without making non-essential stops (except petrol and toilets) and arrive with your grocery store so as not to have to leave once you have reached our site

  • you will not be able to receive day visitors (friends or family) in the accommodation you occupy or on the site

  • you must cancel your stay if you or someone in the group has symptoms of coronavirus infection

  • if once there if you have to make a payment, it will be made by contactless credit card

  • cleaning and disinfection products will be available in the accommodation, but we recommend that you bring your own.

  • you must read the procedure plan HERE for the prevention of Covid-19 to inform yourself of the changes and new regulations concerning reception, accommodation, and activities. There are for example services such as the rental of bedding or the provision of pillows in accommodation that can no longer be done

Some basic hygiene rules to respect

  • Respect the social distance of two meters between each person

  • Wash your hands often with lukewarm soapy water for 20 seconds or disinfect your hands with Purell

  • Avoid handshakes

  • Cover your nose and mouth with your elbow or handkerchief when you sneeze or cough

  • Avoid touching your face with your unwashed hands

  • Throw your tissues in the trash

  • Wear a face covering where it is difficult to respect social distancing

If we each do our part, we will come together to stem the pandemic and the sooner we get there, the sooner we can all return to normal life. So we thank you very much for your collaboration and your understanding, and look forward to meeting you this summer in the tranquility of nature.
